How do I get and redeem a digital code for an in-game item?

Not every store item here has an in-game equivalent, but any that do will explicitly say so in the description on the item’s page! Your code will be delivered with your goods and is 36 characters long and unique to you. If you get multiple codes for the same item, you can share your extra code with a friend who also plays THE FINALS! You can redeem your unique code by visiting Embark ID. How are shipping costs calculated?

As soon as you enter your current location for us on the Checkout page, you’ll see the calculated price of the shipping and handling. The Estimated Total on the cart will include the estimated shipping cost to your location.

The item I want is out of stock.

Oh no! For the most part, we try to get fresh stock in within 2-3 weeks of it selling out. If the item is limited or on its final run, we will mark this in the shop for clarity.

Which shipping services do you use?

We use many reliable shipping services depending on your location, but don't worry - We will choose the best one for you and it's always trackable!

Do you ship to my location?

All items from this store are fulfilled from our Sweden based warehouse.

While we strive to offer global shipping, there are some corners of the world we simply cannot reach. If you are unable to check out, please contact us at thefinals@tidymerch.com to find out if your location is one of the few places we are unable to reach. 

After shipment, how long will it take for my order to arrive?

We strive to ship items within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. We ship all orders from Sweden, and arrival times can vary depending on each contestant’s location.

Within Sweden: 1-3 business days

Within the EU: 3-7 business days

Outside of the EU: 6-14 business days

How do I return an order for a refund?

You can cancel your pre-order at any time for a full refund before your order has shipped.

You may return any items for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order as long as they are in new condition and returned in the packaging they arrived in.

All items should be returned with a note that indicates your order number and the reason for the return. Please wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use tracked shipping if available.

We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

Refunds will be credited to your account within approximately 10 business days from the date the return is received at our warehouse. The credit may be reflected in your account on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

We will of course replace any items that were damaged in transit. 

Simply take a photo or video of the defective item(s) and email it to thefinals@tidymerch.com, along with a description of the damage and the state of the package upon arrival.

I didn’t get / cannot read my in-game gift code.

Why doesn’t my shirt have sleeve and neck tags?

We only put special tags on shirts for limited drops. This will reduce the price, and increase the sustainability of our products.
